Lune is a big enigma. He appeared to defeat a certain enemy when Riley and Keiji were about to be defeated. 

He uses a martial art which he calls “Something akin to what you would call Kickboxing, with a style fashioned after a Falcon.” 
He also demonstrates techniques which resemble Soul Channelling but he isn’t using his soul. This baffles Keiji and Anoxia who are Soul Channelling users. 
He can also walk on thin air despite not being a Rune Mage. He never explains how and it is currently unknown how he can do this, making him a valuable target for Angelus. For reasons also unknown he instantly sides with Riley’s group with no real reasoning or motives.

Most people feel eerily uneasy around him. As he describes himself, it is not deliberate.
Lune: “It is easy for people to have hatred or anger towards me with no reason or justification. It’s not their fault or a unsavoury personality on their behalf, but more of an awkward side effect.”
Riley: “Side effect of what?” 
Lune: “….. We’ve talked enough. Angelus won’t rest until we are eradicated. Let us be swift and silent.”

He is a [DATA EXPUNGED] from [DATA EXPUNGED].
He came to [DATA EXPUNGED] to help [DATA EXPUNGED] by [DATA EXPUNGED].

I’ll elaborate on Keiji too.

He wields a katana, and uses Soul Channelling. He joins the Angelus Faction when Riley was banished from joining, estranging the two best friends.
 When Riley becomes the No.1 Heretic of Askaraan, Keiji is conflicted with what to do.

After a few showdowns between the two, Keiji goes with his instinct joins RIley’s side in a struggle to garner trust in Riley’s campaign of righteousness against Anglus. 

He is ranked the 7th highest Katana wielder on his continent and enters tournaments in his spare time to earn extra cash. Using Soul Channelling, a technique where the user riskily uses his own Soul Force to attacka nd defend with for extra speed, power and all around performance, he has created his own specialised style of fighting.

 Known as the Bear of the North Fjords, he has Ice affinity and Soul Channelling creates Ice-Directed After effects. He and Riley grew up together in the same town and thusly developed their fighting styles around each other, meaning when together they are hard to put down. Due to the short sightedness of Angelus, they dub them the ‘Demonic Duo’ and a huge reward for both their heads is issued.
 

He has attacks such as ‘Maiden of the Tundra’ and ‘Polar Bear’s Grip’ sword techniques using both Soul Channelling to boost his Ic Type Affer Effect to create vicious slashing attacks.
He also developed a technique to aid Riley’s style of only incapacitating opponents by using his techniques with Soul Channelling but with to blunt edge of his sword, or other weapons (in one instance, whilst disarmed he uses pipe guttering to knock an enemy out).

All in all, a good hearted guy who sticks by Riley no matter what. Even if he is a little hot headed, drunk 90% of the time and slightly stupid. 

Thought I’d elaborate Riley’s general fighting style.

He is the last of the Runic Mages. He uses the archaic runes. Runes are pretty useless on their own save a few (Namely Explosive Force and any of the 4 elemental runes). 
Most Runes are suffixes or prefixes to combine with other Runes.
For example, Riley’s favourite combination is Blood Bond, whenevr his Runic Avatar draws blood he can manipulate the wound/blood. Combine Blood Bond and Pain Amp = excruciating pain for the enemy, creating an opening for Riley to get another attack in.
Molecular Bond + Explosive force doesn’t work though, not because it’s impossible but it takes an amazing amount of Soul Force. The general rule is the amount of destructive power = the amount of ‘weight’ or let’s put it as stress on the user’s soul. Ripping someone’s body apart at a molecular level is extremely dangerous and was often fatal to the user. Molecular Bond is used mainly as a support type Prefix, so people can manipulate physics (or give the appearance of it). This is why Runic Users were phased out, viewed as demons and evil dark Mages by the Angelus Faction.

He is host to his great (x500 years) grandfather, Tyra’el Vace whom was an ancient Dragonslayer. Once a great dragonslyaer, he commited the biggest sin of murder without justification and in turn his body was RIPPED APART AT A MOLECULAR LEVEL. Sound familiar? He was then reincarnated as a Dragon, due his complete relentless will and soul force. He led a second life as a Dragon, defending the Vace kingdom from the ancient Angelus Faction.
Now he inhibits Riley as he is THE DRAGONBORN  the nearest genetic match for Tyra’el for centuries.

BATTLE TACTICS
He uses Part of his Runic Avatar as boots, to cast a weak Repulsive Force coupled with Molecular Bond to create platforms to step on in mid air, giving him equal footing to most of Angelus Faction’s Sanctified Guards, whom use wings to fly.
He often casts Blood Bond on his Runic Avatar, to incapacitate his opponent rather than kill them. He’ll only Destructive Force coupled with an Elemnetal Rne if the enemy is not going to down without completely defeating them.
He isn;t exactly a pacifist and loves a great scrap, but he’d rather not harm anyone if he has to, trying to go the peaceful (if a little brash and maybe able to be considered justified torture).
